BEVERAGE DIRECTION & CONSULTING
Where Great Beverage Programs Begin
Award-winning beverage direction for Michelin-recognized properties, hotel openings, and hospitality groups who want a program with a point of view.
About
Amy Racine is a beverage director, sommelier, and hospitality partner with over two decades of experience building programs that earn recognition, drive revenue, and shape culture. Currently Beverage Director and Partner at JF Restaurants. Overseeing the Michelin-recognized dining room at Lilac and consulting for Tatiana by Kwame Onwuachi at Lincoln Center she brings both the strategic range of a multi-property operator and the curatorial depth of a program builder working at the highest level of the industry.
The accolades follow the work: James Beard Award semifinalist, Wine Enthusiast's Beverage Director of the Year, VinePair's Next Wave Award, Esquire's Beverage Director of the Year, and 20+ Wine Spectator recognitions. Across NYC, LA, Boston, San Francisco, Tampa, and San Diego, every program has shared the same through-line: intentionality, hospitality, and a point of view.
Racine & Cork was built for operators, ownership groups, and brands who want that same level of thinking applied to their project. Whether opening from scratch, repositioning an existing program, or looking for a trusted voice on a brand partnership or speaking engagement, this is where that conversation begins.
